To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original, brand-new condition without any scuffs on the outsoles or creases on the leather.

Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your package.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
